Returns, refunds, and road-safety standards
Because vehicle racks are large, heavy, structural components that require precision assembly, we enforce a transparent return policy to ensure road-safety standards are never compromised.
We accept returns on completely brand-new, unassembled, and unmounted racks within thirty (30) calendar days from the original date of delivery.
To qualify for a full refund, the rack must be packed securely inside its original factory box with all structural bolts, pins, tools, and packaging inserts completely accounted for.
The rack must show zero signs of trial mounting, receiver scuffs, scratches, or cosmetic damage.
Heavy Freight Shipping Costs
The Buyer is entirely responsible for arranging and paying for return freight shipping. Because rack boxes are heavy and oversized, we highly recommend purchasing shipping insurance, as the Company will not issue refunds for returns damaged during transit.
Strict Non-Returnable Status
Once a bike rack has been assembled, slipped into a vehicle hitch receiver, bolted onto a roof crossbar, or driven on public roads, it cannot be accepted for a return, exchange, or refund under any circumstances.
Road Safety Enforcement
For public safety and highway liability reasons, we cannot risk reselling a rack that has been subjected to unknown dynamic driving loads, over-torqued bolts, or hidden structural stresses. Every rack sold must leave our warehouse 100% factory-verified and brand new.
